Please allow me to personally introduce myself. I was born in Australia and came to the US 12 years ago to complete a second degree at the University of Massachusetts, and I recently became a US Citizen. I have over 20 years experience in Real Estate, Mortgages, Sales, and Marketing. For personal pleasure, I enjoy golf, baseball, tennis, hiking, volunteering, oil painting (impressionism), basketball, travel, real estate investing and keeping fit.

The inspiration to start a mortgage company based on total honesty and trust, evolved after hearing so many stories of people being placed in loan programs that were inconsistent with their long term financial objectives.

Today we see a mortgage loan not as a mortgage loan once was, but as a financial instrument that's tied into your long and short term financial plans. This ultimately allows you to create a strategy that leads to building long term wealth for you and/or your family.

How do we do that? We ask you what your goals are. If a loan program doesn't make sense, we'll be honest with you. This also ties into the goals of our company which is to continue offering homeowners and investors - integrity, attention to detail, mortgage planning advice, and professionalism you can count on!

I'd like to also share that we're licensed by the California Department of Real Estate, and not only do loans in San Diego, but throughout California.
